About Signature Catering

Signature Catering was founded in 1990 in Bay City, Michigan. The original company provided disk jockey entertainment and

was named Starlite Entertainment. A few years later Starlite Entertainment became Starlite Entertainment and Catering and

was relocated to West Michigan.

The decision to move to West Michigan was made in order to serve a larger client base.

Eventually the decision was made to focus our company on one aspect of service to better serve the customer. In 1997 Starlite

Entertainment and Catering expanded to serve West Michigan and Oakland County. Starlite Catering also received a new name,

Signature Catering. The entertainment portion of the business was eliminated in order to better serve our customers. Signature Catering

currently serves West Michigan and Oakland County.

We work hard to make your event a success. We begin by initially speaking to potential customers to gain an understanding of what the customer is looking for and expect from our company. We then meet with the customer to discuss further details, sample food, and get the customers date reserved. From start to finish our service is thorough and ensures a customer and their guests are well taken care of.
